My paternal Grandfather is my hero and the brightest star in my sky- he will be walking me down the aisle where my Dad will stand to give me away. I love my Dad but he hasn't always been there for me. This way I don't have to count on him maybe being there on this big day- where I know my Grandpa will be there no matter what. Dad was happy and ok with this- we have a common understanding. We are having a destination wedding, where all of our parents will be there and my grandparents.
